   should be effective
   after healing time you can use traction at home
   go to a physical therapist or chiropractor to show you proper neck exercises.

   I just had ozonucleolysis done a week ago and it is like a miracle first time have been pain free in months except for a slight twinge where they stuck the needle into the spine and the result was almost instantaneous. I was so bad that I could not move without an excruciating pain even sneezing & coughing were scary and changing sides while lying down was extremely difficult in fact even lying down was painful and don’t ask about the morning time walking was painful till a couple of hours of walking then it was a bit less painful so from all this description you should realize what a miracle it felt for me when I was pain free though am resting still and hoping it will be lasting and I won’t have to go through a second session.
