The patient is a lady of age 62, USG is normal, urine test shows few pus cells & epithelial cells, other ok. Suffering from orthoarthritis and having lower back pain since long time. She is going through physiotherapy and quite ok for that.

Sed rate of 21Pain started lower back, moved to hips, moved down legs and over the course of three years has spread to upper back. Some pain when breathing deeply.
