I learned a trick a long time ago re swallowing capsules/large tablets, etc; you close your mouth as you swallow. I used to have terrible problems taking capsules but have never had a single incident since applying this. Again, put capsule in your mouth then after taking the water in close mouth; works every time. I can now take 2 large caps simultaneously.

I too have had this terrible pain for over a yr. now.Doctors shrug me off like I'm making this up.I am 55 and everyday it is different.I start thinking that is is starting to go away, and then BAM.I wake up with my right side of ribs and my right scapula still hurting-even worse.I have something going on with my left shoulder also where I can't lift it very far up on my side.I am so tired of this.My doctor said that it's arthritis.I really don't think it is.

Hallo,
I tried Cellaplex for a couple weeks - it helped better than my German products (Arthrostar and Dona).
Do you have an address where I can buy / order Cellaplex? Online it only works thru Amazone (expensive) or Costco (ships only in America).
Thanks + greetings from Wolfgang in Zierenberg / Germany

I have had this type of pain for years now last year i went to a chiropractor to try to ease the pain a little and he let me know that the cause was scoliosis i have it in my neck going in one direction and then in my back going the opposite direction it is causeing the muscles to tighten so much that my ribs are starting to interlock it is very painful especially when I sneeze gets worse when i sweep or hang clothes up or little simple things like picking small things off the floor. It sucks i was told to go to the chiropractor 3 times a week. It did get rid of all the pain but i can no longer afford that so now i just take ibuprophen and deal with it. I don't know if this will help anyone but my pain hasnt only been for a couple of days so i wrote this for anyone who has been experiencing this for a longer period of time.

I have been surfing online more than three hours as of late, yet I by no means found any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is lovely price enough for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web might be much more helpful than ever before.

I have pain in the middle right side of my back. If I turn a certain way I can only take a half breath and my back is hurting real bad. Sometimes I can find a way of sit tin where I'm not bugged but I can't sleep or anything.my back still hurts breathing or moving. What's wrong with my back?

Was and am a little suspicious of this product, but am 72 years old and yes the pills are big, but after awhile you learn how to swollow them. I have to say, after one bottle, not sure if it mind over matter, but alot, (not all) of my arthritis pain and movement has subsided quite alot. Have one more bottle to take and will know a whole lot more after that bottle is gone, if I will re-order or not.

Hi, I know this post is old, but I have been searching the web for a while now and this is the only thing that sounds even similar to my pain. I've been having pain under or behind my right shoulder blade that radiates to my whole right side of my back sometimes as well. It seems kind of like a rib cage type of thing, perhaps rather than muscle pain because when I places my hand below it and push my back forward, it pops. Which hurts, but I feel as though I must pop it because it feels as if there's so much pressure built up, but the pop hurts and the pain continues to sting after the pop. I've tried a new mattress, sleeping form, ibuprofein, ignoring it, stretching it, not lifting things, massages, everything. Nothing seems to make the pain go away. I've had it for about three months and I'm only eight teen. I used to have shoulder issues where they would pop all the time and I would wake up in severe pain, but I got a new mattress about four months ago and now they only hurt and pop (out of the sockets maybe?) when I play catch or reach too far too quickly. Anyways, sorry this was long, I just really would like some answers because I feel as though seeing a doctor may not be of help considering I'm still growing and what not. I mean, a doctor never helped me out with my shoulders which caused so much pain and popped all the time and came out of the sockets randomly so I'm just worried I might not find a solution to this issue as well. Thanks for your time!

I have spent over 800 dollars at a chiropractor for this exact problem to only find it still exsist. Its been there for a long time so when the left side started to hurt in my sleep felt like a knife stabbing me so i slept it off next day went to chiro and my ribs were out of place it was instant relief but the right side has not recovered so i must have a torn muscle or muscle spasms.

Treatment go see a chiro first 40 dollars thats a good place to start. Then take aleve which is a muscle relaxant etc....then i would suggest using ice packs for 15 min intervals and some heat packs as well......if this doesnt clear up then you need to seek medical treatment i waited to long and now i have to seek the medical treatment part the longer you wait the longer it takes to recover. Also can try to stretch and exersice and thats all you do in physical therapy anyway..........ive had back problems since i left afghanistan and these things have all helped but as time goes buy the symptoms get worse the best bet is to nip it in the butt right away every time there is a flare up.

I am a young female and i have been having sharp exruciating pain in my right shoulder blade between my shoulderblade and spine. Whenever I take a deep breath or yawn it feels like my back is locking up, so I try to massage it lightly with my fist so I can move again, but the pain is so bad..
I am right handed. And I think this pain may be caused by the way I sleep; my right arm vertical with a pillow between my head and arm. maybe It's a torn muscle? I don't know. Also I used to do mini workouts that are like stretching, a few months(or a month) ago. The pain has been here for a while. Maybe 3 months. But I think that's because of the way I sleep, because it's not a normal way to sleep. Please, any suggestions on what to do? I do not want to see a doctor, i'd rather fix this problem on my own. Please, any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue. In the middle of the night I woke up with excruciating pain on my right side underneath the shoulder blade. My husband tried to massage it, I tried a hot steaming shower, I couldn't lay down flat on my back or stomach, I couldn't sit up and I couldn't stand. It hurt so bad. I even could not breath it hurt when I inhaled and exhaled. So I took short breaths which then would make me want to yawn to get a full gasp of oxygen. It felt like a knife stabbing me consistently. I went to the ER cause nothing was open at the time. Being in the military I still have to go to work so it was the best thing for me to do to get checked. The doctor said I had a muscle strain which I may have pulled or toen a muscle or tendon. He gave me a prescription for anti-infammitory to muscles. I am still sore aned it does still hurt when I breath. However it doesn't hurt as bad so I think it is working. I guess a little time will tell. But I thought it might be good for everyone else to know. I didn't think anyone else would have the same exact problem but I guess I was wrong. And I know it hurt really baed for me so I wanted to share my experience.
