I am 44 years old lady working in post office. I have noticed swelling, slight pain and stiffness in whole body at morning, pain and stiffness is removed within 15-20 minutes and swelling removed after 2-3 hours. Back pain is also started in this period
My health history is as under:-
1. Patient of Cervical spondylitis since 15 years.
2. Start of osteoarthritis was noticed by a doctor in 5/04 and advised to drink milk in routine, but it was not followed.
3. Level of ESR was noticed 84 in 5/04 and the level of ESR never comes to normal .It is also 68 now.
4.I have taken the treatment of tuberculosisfrom 28.02.05 to 8/2005 due to node in my outer part of throat.
5.I have never done any exercises .
my height is 5’2” and now my weight is about 80 kg.

Kindly guide me to resolve my problem.please clarify whether this problem is also related to menopause.

they gave me some muscle relaxers and some coding for a couple of days.THey said to make an appointment with my doctor on Monday could not get one till tuesday ,which is nothing new with them i can never get an appointment with him and when i do i feel like he is in the office with me for five minutes and sends me on my way.He gave me some different medicine to take and it is not helping me with my pain at all.I was wondering if anyone knew the right treatment for this type of problem.
